Representatives of the Aviation Department of the Belarusian Transport and Communications Ministry have left for the Russian city of Irkutsk in order to participate in the investigation of the An-12 aircraft crash, which happened on 3 November, the ministry's press service told BelTA.

About 30,000 biometric passports and ID cards have been issued in Belarus over the course of two months, BelTA learned from an interview with Head of the Citizenship and Migration Department of the Belarusian Internal Affairs Ministry, Police Colonel Aleksei Begun.
