The 29th session of the consultative council of heads of consular services of the CIS member states took place on 7 June in the form of a videoconference, BelTA has learned.
Delegations of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan took part in the session. A delegation from Turkmenistan was present as an observer. On 7 June a reinforced battalion of the 103rd Vitebsk Independent Guards Airborne Brigade of the Special Operations Forces Command teamed up with the border service to practice crossing a water obstacle – the Sozh River – while having to deal with diversionary units of the simulated enemy.
