The GRAND PRIX of the regional competition of folk music and ditties "A music is playing, playing..." within the framework of the XXXI International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk 2022" was won by Alesya Kiseleva, director of the Vitebsk regional center of culture and creativity.
