A regular session of the Committee of Chiefs of Staffs of the Armed Forces of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States will take place in Baku, Azerbaijan on 12 October, the Belarusian Defense Ministry told BelTA. MINSK, 5 October (BelTA) – Russia's lowcost airline Pobeda is set to launch flights from Moscow to Minsk, BelTA learned from the website of the air carrier. Daily flights will kick off on 28 October from Vnukovo international airport in Moscow. Since 9 June Pobeda has been operating flights to Minsk from St. Petersburg three times a week.
