The 'bears' talked to the bear cub. Vitebsk hockey players visited the zoo, meeting its new inhabitant

This coming Sunday (March 10), the Vitebsk hockey players will play the first match of the quarterfinal playoff series. Our fellow countrymen will play at home against Brest, the game starts at 17:00. And the other day, team players Ilya Kambovich, Alexander Levko, Alexey Neviditsin and Egor Stepanov visited the Vitebsk Zoo, talking with its new resident,   the club’s press service reports . 

The action was largely symbolic in nature. Let us remind you that the mascot and mascot of HC “Vitebsk” is a bear. That’s why media representatives and fans call our city’s team “bears.” 

As the club’s press service says in a humorous manner, during the hockey players’ visit to the zoo, the team’s living mascot behaved favorably, took part in photo and video sessions, did not bite, scratch or even swear at anyone.
