Polotsk will host the traditional winter swimming championship.

Competitions will be held from January 17 to 20 at the Belchitsy Reservoir in the status of the Cup of the Commonwealth of Independent States "Polotsk Font-2025". It is planned that amateurs and athletes of winter swimming aged 12 years and older will take part in the swims. Swimmers 80 years and older will also go to the stratum.

It is worth noting that this year the competition will be held at a higher organizational level. The leadership of the Polotsk district purchased an outdoor pontoon-modular pool for winter sports swimming with 4 lanes. It will host swims at distances of 25, 50, 100 and 200 meters.
