The State Traffic Inspectorate of the Polotsk region checked the technical condition of school buses

In the Polotsk district, 10 buses will be involved in the regular transportation of children to the place of study. The serviceability of these vehicles is under special control.On the eve of the school year, employees of the traffic police department of the Polotsk District Department of Internal Affairs check the readiness of school buses.

"When inspecting vehicles intended for transporting children, we pay attention to the technical serviceability of the vehicle. The operation of external lighting devices, the presence of fire extinguishers, the completeness of first aid kits, maintenance, insurance, the validity of the driver's license and medical certificates of drivers are checked," said Vladislav Rudenko, an inspector of the traffic police of the Regional State Automobile Inspectorate of the Polotsk District Department of Internal Affairs.

The vehicle must be equipped with a flashing beacon, a loudspeaker and a special lowering footrest, seat belts.

Checking school buses is a painstaking job, traffic police officers pay close attention to every detail. As a result of the inspection, some shortcomings were identified, which were eliminated on the spot.After the vehicles passed the test for professional aptitude, drivers had to pass exams on knowledge of traffic rules. Theoretical tests were held at the MREO GAI.

I love children, it is always fun with them. On the bus, the children behave calmly, they understand that it is necessary to follow the rules of conduct. As for our school bus, it does not let you down either in the heat or in the cold.
