In Vitebsk, since April of this year, more than 80 donors have donated blood plasma with antibodies to coronavirus infection, and almost everyone does it twice, said Daria Kurganova, head of the department for recruiting blood donors and its components with the Unified Donor Center of the Regional Blood Transfusion Station.
In Vitebsk Oblast next year, it is planned to build 27 thousand square meters of housing, where heating, hot water supply and cooking will be powered by electricity. This was announced by the chairman of the Architecture and Construction Committee of the Oblast Executive Committee Alexander Shidlovsky.
