Ivan Tertel has been appointed authorized representative of the head of state in Vitebsk region

Chairman of the State Control Committee Ivan Tertel was appointed the authorized representative of the head of state in Vitebsk region. 

The corresponding order was signed by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, the press service of the Belarusian leader reported.
