In the Novopolotsk Central City Hospital, after repairs, the grand opening of two posts of the surgical and trauma departments took place, the Novopolotsk Segodnya telegram channel reports. The event was attended by the head of the main health department of the Vitebsk regional executive committee Mikhail Vishnevetsky, the chairman of the Novopolotsk city executive committee Igor Burmistrov, the administration and employees of the NCGB.

Opening the department, Mikhail Vishnevetsky noted that the renovated wards, dressing rooms, treatment rooms will improve the conditions for patients, and the new staff rest rooms will be a great help for medical workers who spend most of their lives within the walls of a medical institution.

In 2024, current repairs were carried out at the Novopolotsk Central City Hospital with a total cost of 1.3 million rubles, of which 772.3 thousand rubles were spent exclusively on the surgical and orthopedic and traumatology departments.
