Anzhelika Nikitina about the VNS: “This is a historical event that calls us to a high degree of responsibility”

Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Anzhelika Nikitina shared with VV her impressions of the first meeting of the Supreme Council.

– This is a historical event that calls us to a high degree of responsibility. The voiced phrase “Time has chosen us” is the key motto for the All-Belarusian People's Assembly. Therefore, this imposes a certain degree of responsibility both on the delegates of the Supreme Council and on the invitees, on local authorities. The messages voiced by Alexander Lukashenko, which were given in terms of security, economics, social sphere and in terms of everyone’s responsibility for the future of the country, its development, should be taken as a guide to action. And I am convinced that we need to work even harder and better. That's why time chose us.
