Medinsky: Russia and Ukraine chose the venue for talks together

Russia and Ukraine chose the place for peace talks together, BelTA learned from the head of the Russian delegation, BelTA learned from Russian President Aide Vladimir Medinsky on 2 March.

Vladimir Medinsky said: “We've decided together. The place is more convenient for us and for the Ukrainian side. Brest is a good airport. It is closer to the Polish border for the Ukrainian side because as far as I can understand they will come via Poland.”

The head of the Russian delegation thanked Belarus for hospitality, for very professional and prompt organization of the talks.
