Lukashenko approved a draft agreement with Russia on the recognition of electronic signatures in cross-border interaction

On February 28, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed decree No. 72, which approved, as a basis for negotiations, a draft intergovernmental agreement between Belarus and Russia on the procedure for recognizing an electronic signature (electronic digital signature) in an electronic document for cross-border electronic interaction. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the head of state.The Ministry of Communications and Informatization is authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft agreement and sign it.
