The next reporting period is approaching. The Tax Inspectorate reminds of the obligation to submit declarations in electronic form, signed with an electronic digital signature (EDS).

Declarations submitted on paper will not be accepted by the tax authorities. Failure to submit declarations is subject to administrative liability.

In order to avoid queues, we offer to obtain an EDS certificate in advance by contacting the registration center: Polotsk, F. Skaryny St., 13, room 222.

On the territory of the city of Vitebsk there are 4 registration centers located at the following addresses: 14 Gogol Street, room 307; 14 Gogol Street, room 814; Lenin St., 2A-3, office 51; Lenin St., 10b.

To receive the service of issuing an EDS certificate when visiting the registration center, you must have:

1.an identity document;

2.a copy of the document confirming payment for the service;

3.a list of information about the Subscriber for individual entrepreneurs;

4.a copy of the certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur.

Payment for the certificate issuance service must be made before contacting the registration center.

With an identification card (ID card), an individual entrepreneur has the opportunity to work in the payer's personal account and send various electronic documents, including tax returns.

To work with ID cards, you need to use biometric document readers and you need to install the "Application Program" (NTClientSoftware application).

The tax authorities (including the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies for the Polotsk District) are equipped with workplaces for working with electronic services of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties, including the use of ID cards.
