The Polotsk District Executive Committee hosted a reception for the heads of foreign diplomatic missions. Chairman of the Polotsk District Executive Committee Igor Markovich greeted the Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Zimbabwe, Palestine, representatives of the embassies of Syria and Libya.
Also among the honored guests of the Forum is Sergey Tikhomirov, head of the urban settlement of Rostov, Yaroslavl region.
"Relations between our sister cities have been actively developing in various industries for many years. It is important to implement new areas of further cooperation," said the head of the Polotsk district.
