Independence Day celebrations in Vitebsk

Festive celebrations dedicated to Belarus' Independence Day and the 79th anniversary of liberation from the Nazi invaders in the Great Patriotic War will begin in Vitebsk with a flower ceremony at the memorial complex in honor of Soviet soldiers, partisans and underground fighters of Vitebsk Oblast and a rally on Victory Square.
